DIY Baguette Bag // Beginner-Friendly Sewing Tutorial

In this tutorial I demonstrate how to make a baguette purse from two pattern pieces and sewing supplies.

ABOUT ME:
Hi! I’m Christine and welcome to my channel! I’m a 22 year old mechanical engineering student at San Diego State University & I love to sew. I hope you stick along for future upcycles, thrift flips, and DIY’s :))

ITEMS YOU’LL NEED:
-fabric (I used a tablecloth so really anything works!)
-interfacing (I use the Pellon fusible fleece)
-D-rings (mine were 1.25”)
-zipper (zipper by the yard in my case)
-sewing machine (I have the brother CS5055PRW)

Another method is to not use the bias strips. Also, insert the zipper in the 2 main pieces first, then continue to make the bag.
