I have NEVER been this loyal to other fitness trainer except for you, yana! Your music, your moves are perfecto for me. Yana, as your loyal trainee, can i request for you to make a video that focuses on belly fat? 😂 i struggle in that area. I managed to lose 6 inches, but my belly is still bouncy and flabby.🤣

it's amazing, Yana! thank you very much for such a great variety of exercises! My abs and waist were on a fire! Almost 200 kcal burnt! It's a wonderful cardio and so effective for such a short time. This workout is definitely one of my favourite one!
