Don't forget, he shot one of his friends when he was out hunting because he is borderline competent in handling weapons. He owned major stock in KBR and when the US invaded Iraq in 2003, KBR was one of the biggest defense contractors getting ridiculous major contracts. A significant amount of that money at the US paid to KBR went right back to his bank account.
