Had a neighbor with a paramotor in the late 80' that took me for a flight on it. Took off and landed in a 50 acre field right next to my house. I was shocked how short the take off and landing distance was.

In 1990-1991 my family would visit my married sister in Perris, California. I was 15 years old and I’d walk to Perris Valley Airport because of the skydiving and ultralight activity.
It was exciting!
Years later I thought: “well, it looks like skydiving and ultralight flying morphed into PPG, or Trike PPG!”

El paramotor aunque no se ve sería un JPX bicilindrico con cilindros opuestos de 400cc y el parapente es un Gypaaile Marbore fabricado en Francia, esa configuración de vuelo la he visto yo en España, precisamente es el primer parapente que yo he visto volar y desde entonces vuelo tanto en Paramotor y Parapente. Ese parapente fue probado en la revista Avion Revue internacional N70 Abril de 1988 versión española, más datos imposible jjj😂
