Shopify Data Synchronization in SAP Business One

Показать описание
In this demonstration, we are going to show the overview of Shopify Data Synchronization in SAP Business One.
Data synchronization between SAP Business One and Shopify can be either Automatic or Manual.
Data synchronization can be set to automatic by saving the sync schedule for objects type in the synchronization tab.
Set the synchronization schedule for the object type - Customer, select its sync schedule cycle, and frequency, then save the schedule.
Similarly set the synchronization schedule for the object type - Product, select its sync schedule cycle, and frequency and save the schedule.
Then set the synchronization schedule for the object type - Sales Order, its sync schedule cycle, and frequency and save the schedule.
Then also set the synchronization schedule for the object type - Inventory, its sync schedule cycle, frequency and save the schedule.
You can manually synchronize any object data by selecting the Object Type and then click on Sync Now button, this will immediately synchronize the selected object type.
For instance, we synchronize item master data using sync now feature. For this we select an item in SAP Business One which is not present in Shopify. Open an item master for which the sync check box is not checked in the integration hub tab for Shopify template. Verify that the same item does not exist in Shopify by searching in the products. In SAP Business One, we open the same item master data and manually check the sync check box in Integration Hub tab for Shopify Template. We then select the object Product in Synchronization tab and click on sync now button. We then check in the Shopify whether the item is synchronized to Shopify?
Now we synchronize inventory from SAP Business One to Shopify. On SAP Business One, open the item master data and check the inventory. Now we compare the stock for the same item in Shopify to corresponding warehouse. In SAP Business One, select the Object Inventory and click on Sync now. Verify the inventory in the Shopify for that item. The inventory is now synchronized in Shopify Location with respect to corresponding warehouse in SAP Business One.
Similarly, you can synchronize remaining objects if required.
This concludes the demonstration on Shopify Data Synchronization.
Thank you for watching.
