Enzyme Lab Setup Demo

This video shows the setup for the enzyme lab. The enzyme we use is catalase from potato cells and the substrate is hydrogen peroxide. In this series of experiments we look at four factors that effect enzyme action (reaction rate) enzyme concentration, substrate concentration, pH and temperature.

Okay sorry well I need to do an experiment but this one involves different concentrations of yeast I am just wondering how do we calculate these molarities like what is the original amount of yeast that is one mol? Thanks so much

Why does the water decrease in the tube
