Thanks for the advice. I was not too sure if I was doing this exercise correctly or not. I was doing just what you said was wrong and I suppose thats why I didnt feel much on my back. WIll try it next time.

Chest should not move backwards in this exercise right? Only shoulders?
Also, how much should the backrest be adjusted? I keep it as close to the machine as possible

Ur doing it wrong dude. Move ur seat two numbers up ( the tip of the seat should be right under ur chest
