"Doesn't just iron out while watching TV." I really love how you phrase everything, so down to earth. You are really helping me.

It’s criminal her videos don’t have more views, this has to be some of the most helpful content on the internet.

I have spent a lifetime looking at ways to heal childhood trauma, and found many useful things, but this has to be one of the best so far and I wasn't even looking for it, it just came up on Youtube. I find it honest, straightforward, kind, empathic, sensitive and most importantly "do-able" and I intend to do just that. I am very grateful. Thank you.

After doing this exercise for the very first time, I slept all the way through the night (which doesn't happen for me)! I had dreams, I went into the deep levels of sleep! And I woke up feeling not immediately afraid or anxious which is usually how I wake up each and every morning! :') I feel so ready to live life today this is so unreal to me. I practiced this right before I fell asleep and I feel so present this morning and able to identify and separate harmful beliefs and counter them with correct thoughts!! I've never felt happier :')

I love how you're not too clinical and also not too relaxed with your knowledge it's a perfect balance. You're very genuine and truly hope you have your PTSD under control 💛

Thank you I got your free course. My whole life I never realized until now that the main cause of me not being able to trust or feel like I’m enough is because of my child hood trauma. I just started your free course and I did your meditations and the writings. I’m ready to trust and open up to my lover, but more importantly heal from my wounds and regulate my mind. IM READY FOR MY BRAIN TO WORK FOR ME, AND NOT AGAINST ME.

Thank you.
I am trying.
You are a inspiration.
In many ways.
The little kid inside can finally begin to feel his tears.
They shed not in vain.
He is not alone.

At day five of the 2 meditations per day and writings fears and resentments with a pencil, I developed a sense of self preservation and stand up for me quite naturally! Very empowering to remove the trash ( resentments) twice a day so it doesn’t contaminate life. ETA : I now feel my feet!! All the time!! I wasn’t feeling my feet for years. I wonder how that’s connected to healing trauma? Thank you!!

I do this meditation with you every morning after writing my fears and resentments. You are wonderful. Thank-you for sharing so much of your individual experience with strangers.

Sometimes when I’m in “high gear” I find it challenging to get hold of myself and even attempt to try and meditate. Having said that, I tried and was able to get through the whole 20 minute meditation and feel wonderfully calm afterward. Thank you so much. I I greatly admire and appreciate your gift for getting through to people. These videos are bang on, they allow you to feel heard and validated and know that you’re not alone in this. 🦋☮️💜🙏

Life changing meditation. Just starting out and I can make it at least 6 minutes....I'll get there!

I’ve been able to continue this exercise for a few weeks even though I apparently suck at it. My mind usually wonders to my limmerebt object, and my mantra starts getting replaced by the voice of my saboteurs. Recently, I had a full-blown anxiety attack mid-practice. I tell myself if I can just get a few seconds of inner quiet, and increase it by a second or two each time, just maybe I can reach the point of being able to meditate successfully for the full 20 minutes. One thing I have noticed which seems to suggest it is working is, I get less cravings for unhealthy habits. I’ve been snacking on filler foods all day but just now when I did the meditation, I immediately felt like having a healthy beet and veggie shake. So that’s an encouragement 🙂. If you are struggling to make this work for you, don’t give up!

This was wonderful. I also listened to your video on "hurrying". Wow, thank you for that connection. I'm always feeling rushed and doing a crappy job on everything I do and it's exhausting. Hurrying causes more hurrying. If I go "slow", I'm afraid of looking dumb or old, which brings up a lot of feelings of unworthiness (from childhood of course). I work with a lot of young people, and they get things so much faster than me. Quite the vicious cycle, but now I'm aware of it thanks to you. Thank you.

I have been watching these podcast for a few months and I feared beginning meditation believing it would be difficult.
It wasn’t.
On the contrary it was relaxing and I envisioned healing light throughout my body.
Anna, thank you. This was easy, destimulating, and calming.
It’s time to begin treating CPTSD.

My mind loves to drift around to different thoughts and ideas. Kinda like day dreaming. And I keep saying “thisss……thiss…..” and I just kinda wander. It’s nice wandering.

I’m always giving up on meditation because I get so overwhelmed with trying to “stop” the wandering. And the perfectionist in me says, “gosh, you can’t do this. Just give up.” So I do.

But the wandering feels good and then “thisss….. thissss…” and I’m picturing the sounds swirling around.

I am so grateful for you and your YT casts. I was never really ever to articulate the way I feel daily . Everything is very accurate and gives me a great deal of comfort and understanding
