Technically, they are kinda right. Even if they bump the performance by 1% with noticeable results, they still technically made it “better” than the previous phones. However, they definitely over use the statement.

Aesthetically, I think they peaked with the iPhone 5. Of course, the 12 mini and 13 mini (which I’m typing this on), are a throwback to that form factor, but truthfully I’ve never wanted a phone more than when I wanted the iPhone 5. It was gorgeous.

I remember the first time I saw an iPhone 4. I was walking along the street and a guy got out of his car while talking on it. I remember how striking it was to see the flat glass back panel. Amazing. Still clear in my mind to this day. Steve was right about that.
