Decriminalizing possession of hard drugs is a nonsensical tactic. You won't cure an alcoholic by supplying the individual with more booze. Rehab funding is a better use of scarce taxpayer money

BC's decrim led to a significant increase in public disorder on the streets. If drug dealers were given capital punishment and users fines and frozen bank accounts, there would be no drug problem.
