Wow... you have found some places that I haven't found... The Bao, he used to be on the other side of the street from the Lord Elgin Hotel. But I haven't seen him there lately. Down the street, near Ottawa City Hall, there is a food truck that serves Pho!

sadly the majority of those trucks were here ONLY for the street food week .... and of course she missed the Lois n Frimas Ice Cream and Beaver Tails ...
