I'm glad the resort took the time to clean your suite properly. Walking in to a surface cleaned room would have been more disconcerting than frustrating. The group should have checked on you and had you leave your bags in their suites so you could join at the pool.

Going out in a boat in a storm is dangerous. I know a guy who was struck by lightening out on a lake. He was crippled for life.
