I have heard of Murray McMurray hatchery for yrs now on many homestead channels. Thanx Jason and Lorraine for taking us with you! It was neat to see how the hatchery operates

This is great. For years, I worked at a farmers Co-op. We sold chicks, and we also had a division that produced layer poults, so we received lots of chicks. I wondered how they were produced, but I never knew. Thanks for the tour.

It looks like they run a class operation, thank you McMurray for allowing the tour - it speaks volumes when a producer allows cameras because they must be confident and proud of their operation, and that says a lot these days. I hope they've been able to weather the storm with the avian flu that plagued our country recently.
