I felt like Jeff was going jump out at me from the screen and punch me. So intense :)

That's some food for thought, well put... props also to the cameraman, great shots of the NYC and the traders in action!

When you have enough Screen Time Its only one thing: PATIENCE and wait for a good setup und not be to early. This is the hardest. To Watch the Market and do nothing for hours, that separates the Amateur from the pro in this game. Nothing else.

Heck of a recruiting pitch. Motivated and unprofitable is my middle name! Seriously though, anyone sitting alone trying to succeed in this business needs a slap like this occasionally. Thanks for the advice and pep talk. If I could start again, I’d like to think I’d have had the ability to learn and will to fight to join a team like this

I love how you give that example Mike about you tube gurus, because of them people blow up or get scamed
You guys are awesome and I learn alot from your free you tube videos

Great simple system (although I do think answering those three question will take some doing...) Loved it. Will incorporate the 3-2-1 GO! into my system. Thanks!

This comes in ( what's holding you back ) on a day when I was aware that I shouldn't and I've done it .
So I'll try to implement it.. my problem is knowing my systems, being profitable, and yet by the end of the day I lose some or all by staying on my desk, and take suboptimal shoots as per not having enough profitable variables. So to cut down to main idea, what's holding me back it's me not closing down the broker after first 4 hours 2 premarket 2 into the open .

Just going to go ahead and say it. We have a fired up Jeff Holden on your hands! Love it.
Up until now I thought he was a professional autonomous trading machine.
Love the intensity.

I feel like it all comes back to a PLAN and discipline. just with anything in life. that's actually encouraging.

The reason day traders fail is fear and greed, AKA basic human nature.
These natures are nearly impossible to overcome...which is why the failure rate for day traders is about 95%.
You'll know pretty quickly if you will be one of the lucky 5% who have the inherent capabilities....

I want to thank you guys for this. Such a simple, yet powerful and extremely inspiring video. And just what the doctor ordered. I've watched many of your videos in the past, this one really hit home. Actually choked up a bit watching it! Turns out my number one reason - stop making dumbass trades! 😅 Had been over trading ridiculously. 86% win rate today, And as per the coach's orders going to continue to work on it! Can't thank you guys enough seriously.

Someone left some nasty comments about Jeff being boring or something along those lines and he decided to make sure to turn the dial to 11. Got to appreciate the effort and positive energy though. Maybe a 6-7 is a happy medium.

I am curious how you feel about being a niche trader. I have a strongly defined edge, but the setup may only occur 3-10 times per month. Should I be hands off the rest of the time? Is it sometimes a wise decision to step away? I often feel like I’m not doing enough if I’m not trading, and it often times costs me money by stepping outside of a defined edge. Is less more for some of the traders on your desk?

Speed at 1.5X and you get a normal speech

Everything was about the lead and to a product. They're about to sell you waste of time.
