Ubuntu Unity, previously known as Ubuntu Unity Remix, is a flavour of Ubuntu featuring Unity Desktop Environment that was the default desktop environment in Ubuntu from 2010 until 2017. The project has seen its fourth release, Ubuntu Unity 21.10, also known as Impish Indri, so we have decided to give it a shot, to see if it’s ready for prime time. Huge thanks for the dev to keep updating this flavor, Even though it's not have latest features like wayland, 1:1 touchpad gestures, and so on. I still love the way it's works. The global menu, make everything look coherence, compact, and efficient for most screen resolution. The HUD, The search. Still one of the best desktop i think

Unity is the best DE, in my opinion. So much so that I'm imitating it with KDE

I think when it comes to Unity, people who prefer that sort of interface will go with gnome (where you can add the Unity sidebar) or others will just go with a more traditional desktop look like KDE or Cinnamon. I wish them well, but I don't feel the demand for Unity is there anymore.

I never had an issue understanding you guys, your English is perfect IMO. I do prefer hearing you actually review as it gives more personality to the videos and channel whereas computer AI tends to feel a bit more generic. But I also think you should do what makes you more comfortable.

No long from it unity is far from
Stable I like it but it has to many bugs
If you use wine or crossover it will crash
It just not stable

Flat design just don't work on ubuntu unity. ubuntu 14.04 was gorgious but this unity 2021 sucks.
