For Pre-renal AKI, why would the urine osmolality be high and not low?

Why though it is said that urea in urine:urea in blood ratio in prerenal AKI is >20 while in renal AKI it's <20? And why creatinine in urine:creatinine in blood ratio in prerenal AKI is >40 whereas in renal AKI <20?
