No hate, but that wasn't a pause rep, that was just a regular rep. Your hips were still sinking before the ascent--there was no dead stop. And definitely no dead stop with a 1-2 second pause which is what a pause squat is.

Crazy how you still kept the core tight and your upper body relative straight. Most people would've bent over to compensate with the lower back. Solid technique also, it was fun to watch 💪

high bar squats just looks way better than low bar.. plus the weight feels much better on the back lol.. no wrist wraps needed and so easy to get into position..

really nice, I'm a little worried about the squat rack orientation.

I believe its safer to walk into the squat rack when you're done, rather than walk backwards.
