I’ve got to have bunion surgery and I have a question that I’m struggling to find a proper answer to! So basically, once the big toe is straightened, there’s a gap between the big toe and the second toe because the bunion forced the big toe to push the other toes away in an angle. After surgery, does that gap slowly close or will you always have a noticeable gap between the toes?
