You missed out the fact that 'Sync Library' is not available if you do not have an Apple Music subscription.

I had Itunes on my computer and phone until I updated my Macbook to 12.0 and I have not yet synced my Apple Music on my iphone with my macbook Apple Music.
Will I lose all the Songs and Albums on my Iphone that are not on my Computer Apple Music when I do this as in 0:40 sec when it says it will REMOVE Apple Music downloads on the phone ???

I press the button and it tries to turn on but turns off immediately. Ready to jump ship with Apple, infuriating iOS that has too many problems. My watch wont even work anymore because it’s tied to an old phone number. Garbage product, garbage company.

My biggest concern is that i have already downloaded music on Apple Music and i just wanted to add music thats not on Apple Music from my Mac to my phone…but its saying that i need to turn off the sync library…but my issue is that when i go to do that, it warns me that it will delete my downloads
