Sandbag dykes are erected in Poland to manage rising waters as Storm Boris brings what forecasters predict will be the worst flooding in decades. The situation is most critical in the southwest, where the Polish-Czech border crossing at Golkowice has been closed due to a river overflowing its banks, according to the Polish government.
