1. Forced PR everyday
2. Lunching of talentless nepo kids
3. People understood fake marketing
4. Indians exposure to world cinema
5. Rise in OTT platforms
6. Majority of audiences cant be fooled anymore.

Rajkumar Rao and Ayushmann khurana play the same small town boy role in every movie. And nawazuddin plays a local gangster in every movie. Pankaj Tripathi only plays a funny uncle and Tiger shroff only does action movies. John Abraham is a permanent commando. Siddharth malhotra plays an army man in every movie now.

Shaan bhai, you missed an important point. The decline of bollywood music. These days remixes are a thing which are single handedly killing the hypes of multi movies. Whereas up until 2010s there was a fire trend that any movie with a fire album almost certainly wins
Most bollywood movie music today is just painful.

After SSR's death, Bollywood received lots of hate for nepotism, I thought that this hate would change the industry & they would accept more outsiders, but instead now more & more nepokids are being launched.

Also the standard has gotten so low due to nepotism that people have started appreciating Ananya Pandey which is so bad because more nepos without talent will come keeping the standard as Ananya Pandey instead of good outsider talent

I severly miss the romcom dramas that bollywood used to have. Now it’s all about violent bloody films. And the few romcoms made are way unauthentic. I hope Bollywood brings it’s humour and charm back.

Honestly, the most talented outsider bollywood ever had in the last decade was Sushant Singh Rajput. He had it all—acting chops, persona, voice, dance, and an irresistible screen presence. But in an industry run by PR and camps, he was left unprotected, and the cabal erased him. He arrived a decade ago, and to this day, no one has matched his towering potential.

The problem related to not knowing proper hindi and taking pride in it, is not just limited to bollywood. This exists all across India in a certain section of urban families. Parents, who themselves don't even know proper english, converse with their kids in public solely in english, so that they learn it from a very early age. But that's not entirely their fault, they are just prepping them for the future because our country treats english speaking populace as elite, be it in terms of social or professional circles. But again, the core problem is how all of these parents, these companies, even the kids who will grow up into adults someday, look down on hindi as a language that automatically turns a person into a second class citizen, irrespective of their ethics, values, profession etc.
