This is my second video about the pain scale I’ve found online. Anonymous enthusiasts of the topic claim the scale is based on a few scientific papers exploring the human reaction to different stimuli. For example, a bullet in the head reaches 2 points, and a fall into a volcano is at 110. In this video, I've found real stories of deaths, and the most horrific one reaches the mark of 135 points.

Some of those deaths were instantaneous which would mean the brain never had time to register the pain therefore regardless of what the pain scale says, no pain was actually felt.

One of my ex-girlfriends used to make me sit through marathon watches of Sex and the City episodes. It didn't kill me, but I routinely reached the max 140 on the pain scale. The residual PTSD still haunts me to this day.

I can tell you of a true 140, so one time back in 2011 a man was working in the Fukushima power plant when it melted down. He survived and was on his way to a full recovery. When all of a sudden he got red marks on his body. Turns out he received 1000 times the lethal dose of radiation. For 11 days he fought and fought and during those 11 days his skin peeled off and his organs melted while he was still alive. He died after 11 days. May he rest in peace.
