Wow, these videos really are a goldmine! The very last point you made about the "little belly" on the back of one's hand is very interesting, and something that never once occurred to me after years of play, despite having somewhat pronounced musculature in that part of both hands. This is probably due to several decades playing the piano - playing the scales properly involves articulate motion of all the fingers which seems like a plausible cause. The slight rotation of the bridge hand to move this obstruction out of the way is yet another exercise to add to a growing list. Thanks!

Hi Barry
Videos are amazing and I'd just like to ask that because I am left eye dominant I obviously want to play to my strengths and improve.
This is fine for my Snooker but I also play uk 8 ball pool also.
I only found out about my eye dominance around a year ago and have been playing snooker for three years now but yet when I go back to the pool table I seem not as good as I used to be as I always played centre eyed.
As you know that pool balls are a lot smaller should I continue to play both games left eyed ?
Because I experimented by playing pool centre eyed again and I worked great and I was just as confident as I have been when playing left eyed with my snooker so should I need to use my dominant eye in pool? As it has thrown me off course in that game in a way. I do feel that there's probably less chance putting unintentional side on a pool cue ball so just wanted your opinion on the matter
Thanks

Hello there Sir!
This is Aryan, as you mentioned many top players move their last three fingers after forming the bridge, I've seen that a lot but why do they do it?

Sir ...i always line up the shot correctly and aim right on the cue ball before delivering the cue..when i move my eys on OB on my final backswing and when i hit the cue at the last.. i hit it on different spot which make my potting difficult...what is the best practice to overcome this problem...

Why do snooker players not use the same closed bridge as billiard and pool players do?
