I still get chills hearing her name. I got hyped for Elden Ring the moment Malenia popped up in the first teaser. I wanted her boss battle to be legendary. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!

Woah now, not even gonna give Sister Friede a mention? A 3 phase boss fight that is the ultimate endurance test from Fromsoft.

Kronika - Mortal Kombat 11
- This is just unfair in so many ways.

Malenia, Blade of Miquella / Goddess of Rot - Elden Ring
- Scaled to be op with lifesteal and two lifebars. Pretty unbalanced and cheap, but so can be the player.

Nevan - Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening
- Mostly difficult due to amount of dodging preparation and right timing required.

Sigrun - God of War
- Mostly difficult because there is so many moves to learn.

Elizebeth - Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
- Not the hardest fight in the game, but done really well, with no cheap moves.

Hino Enma - NiOh
- Especially difficult without proper defense.

Ultimecia - Final Fantasy VIII
- Maybe the best fight among all of these. Difficult but no way unfair or unbalanced.

Alma (first fight) - Ninja Gaiden Sigma
- Maybe a bit to beefy with lifebar and mostly just really annoying and feels pretty cheap.

Emma, Gentle Blade - Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
- It's the grab attack with long reach.

Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower - Bloodborne



- Really well made fight overall.

Cynthia from Pokemon is the hardest boss in Pokemon

Number 1 is Malenia from Elden Ring?

No mention of Trilla Suduri aka the Second Sister from Star Wars Fallen Order? Her attacks were insane in that last fight, even if you knew her pattern, it was still a beast of a battle

I did beat Medusa, Sigrún and Rumor Honeybottoms.

But the one female Boss I never beat is actually Alisa from Tekken 6 when Jin turns her against Lars.

Not only is there a time limit, but she heals herself, and she has 2 Jacks fight along side her.

So you either have to take those 2 down fast, or try to fight her while dodging the other twos attacks.

God of War 3 Aphrodite is by far the hardest boss fight especially because it makes you do it one handed.

Jade from MK3. If the computer decided you were going to lose there was nothing you could do about it.

The Larxene data fight from Kingdom Hearts 2 is one that comes to mind immediately. That fight is pretty bonkers. Disappointed to not see that boss fight on the list at all.

Alpha-152 in Dead or Alive 4 was a nightmare for many people to fight against, same for Omega in Dead or Alive 3 and Tengu in Dead or Alive 2.

when i did my endsinger raid we had 5 minutes on the clock and and everyone was down except Me (A Dark Knight) and another Dark Knight while she had 20% Health yet we some how Beat Her together. It was the most anime moment in my gaming history.

Alma was super hard, also Nioh had some pretty hard female boss fights. Team Ninja knows how to make challenging fights.
