I would love to know where this bed is made, where it is shipped from and where the person is located who would answer any questions I might have or where the person would come from if the bed needed repair. I bought a fairly expensive computer and I purchased it by phone. The person I spoke to when I purchased it was in Texas and he had a very clear Texas accent so communicating with him was a breeze. A year or so later I had problems with the computer and when I called the service desk I spoke to someone from another country who had such a thick accent that I couldn't understand half of what he was saying and he couldn't understand what I was saying. I had to repeat and repeat and repeat before he grasped what the problem was and a telephone call that should have taken ten minutes, max. ended up taking almost an hour. I would find it very reassuring if any questions about this bed would be handled by someone for whom English was not a second language.
