Breaking down testimony from Brian Higgins, minor children in Karen Read murder trial

BH claimed the texts were embarrassing but yet he allegedly chose to extract and preserve those texts when he destroyed everything else on his phone. Given that he presumably took those actions - preserving some evidence and destroying other evidence on his phone - suggests his actions were calculated and he wasn’t really embarrassed at all.

I don’t think you’re stating the whole picture. He and another witness got rid of their phones the day before the order of not to get rid of anything. Hmmmm
Also, have you thought that perhaps Karen was mad at John and was texting Higgins to get back at John? Karen ended those conversations.

Did they even bother to mention that there was also an expert witness that also said....all of the testimony would be null and void if Karen had had literally any alcohol (a glass of wine, possibly) betweek 12:45am and 9:30 am when her blood was drawn? Poor, poor journalism IMHO!

Innocent till proven guilty guilty is certainly the case here. Has prosecutors been able to prove. Absolutely not. Is she not guilty. Very unlikely. Will she get off. Absolutely. My heart lies with family of this poor man. 😢😢
