Balance sweet and savory with this show-stopping Brie And Pear Crinkle Tart – made with a Heritage Pie Dish and 2.25 qt Signature Saucepan, both on sale now!

Ingredients (for 1 tart/ 8 servings):
1 box store-bought phyllo pastry (16oz)
3 Tbsp of butter, melted
4oz brie cheese, sliced
2 pears, thinly sliced
7-10 dates, roughly chopped
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Fold two sheets of the phyllo pastry like a fan and place them in your Heritage Pie Dish, then repeat until the dish is full.
3. Pour over the melted butter.
4. Add the sliced pears and brie in between the folded phyllo sheets.
5. For the custard, add the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla to a saucepan over low heat and warm until the sugar has dissolved.
6. Pour the custard over the tart and top with the dates.
7. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden and the custard has set.
8. Allow to cool, drizzle with some honey, then serve.
