The key is to have all your ingredients ready to go and then work steadily and methodically. For this recipe, I would brush both the outer sides lightly with butter, and assemble all the treats at once. The butter on the outer sides will prevent them from sticking to each other. Then I would fry all at once. Actually, if you did brush the outer sides, you could make in advance, refrigerate and fry before serving. I’m also wondering if you could bake them. Would be worth a try. Looks like a delicious recipe.

No. The damp cloth winds up making filo sheets sticky and useless. Just cover them with plastic wrap or a sheet of foil while you're working with them.

The thought of honey in yogurt is nauseating! Then dip some oil-fried parmesan triangles? Into honey? UGH! I love salted yogurt and would try a version with minced garlic, before honey, for sure.
