that hat is probably belong to someone with the will of "D" too. but it not always the The "D" clans who have it.Shanks also wear it before, and I wonder what if that hat is the key to own One Piece, since Roger left that hat to Shanks before he going to Laugh Tale, and Laugh with all his crews when he see what he found in there. if it true, that mean they Laugh because the hat (as a key) is the reason they should have in Laugh Tale right, and Roger left that hat on Shanks Right before he going to Laugh Tale.
