One of the characteristics of a psychopathy is inability to recognize limits. This comment section is an example how sick the human animal became. Living off the fantasy of Hollywood movies, indoctrinated to believe that there are no physical limits of the reality and technology. Everything is for taking. Expand at all costs, we are at the centre of this world, so even the laws of physics must be bend in our favor.

There are levels of impossible.

Everybody claiming how Elon's been doing impossible things, think again. He made two "impossible" things so far. First, he built electric cars, which many claimed to be impossible. Well, those people would be lying, since first electric car was built in 1839. Second of all, he can land a rocket backwards. Some people claimed that THAT was impossible, despite NASA literally doing exactly the same thing to land people on Moon, rovers on mars and whole bunch of other places.

All in all, Elon hasn't done anything impossible yet, he just used existing technologies and made them economically viable. There's currently NO technology to terraform Mars, much less an economically viable one. Good luck Elon.

Keep in mind, if Elon really could modify Mars' climate to make it habitable, using the same technology on Earth, getting rid of global warming should be peanuts.

What would always make the earth number one no matter if you have to live underground is the magnetic field to protect you from radiation. Some day they may be able to bring the air back and make it warm but you can't make a magnetic field on mars.
