Russian missiles hit Kyiv during UN chief's visit, killing 1

Ukrainian officials say Russian missiles hit two residential buildings in Kyiv Thursday night, killing one person and wounding 10 others. The attacks occurred during a visit by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

Ok so what? UN cheif knew the risks of visiting an active conflict zone, he made the choice to go there and take the risk. If anything Russia should be angry that a UN cheif was trying escalate the situation by being there in the first place.
