Up front: I cook 90-95% of our family meals at home, so we control the ingredients and portions to ensure our mealtimes are healthy and not wasteful. When I'm out, I don't always have influence over the size of the food that is served to me, whether it be at a restaurant or on flight (where I had this sundae). In those case, eat what you can but don't feel the pressure to finish, just because it's there. When you start depriving yourself of things you’d like to try, that’s when the overeating becomes more of a potential. I love tasting everything I want to taste…you don’t have to eat it all! Let me know your thoughts. 👓💋
