All depends on box tuning. I've had 2 shitty 10s shake my truck just about as hard as my old level 3 15. Only difference was the level 3 was in a ported box and the 10s were in a 4th order. So, yeah, enclosure tuning plays a bigger role than size or power handling.

The year is 1999 and precision power has flat 10inch subs. With a properly sized ported box it was awesome! Now that im older i have hearing issues and tinnitus. Love it! I forgot how into systems i used to be.

Sundown all day. Been had a 12 inch sundown for almost 8 years that thing is a damn tank. Wont ever buy anything else

I might actually spend the money on audiopipe or TC sound before either one of those companies. One's names blow up quality drops and you're paying more for a name than anything

TEAM TARGA, their Venom speakers destroy everything but they're only just warming up. Targa makes extreme audio equipment the absolute best

If i was looking for spl personally id go with Fi or B2, if i wanted daily listening that didnt sound like muddy dog turds Id go with something like the Morel Ultimo Titanium or the old school Eclipse SW-9002 that i so happen to have a set of 15s

Sundown is louder and cheaper than JL, but JL has much better sound quality.
