It is fine to play between 70ms to 90ms. But when you play gushion, fanny, haya and lancelot, u wont be able to compete in high ranking match especially gushion. When u have a ping of 70ms and u try to do the combo 2312 12? Goodluck with that. U can press all that but u will miss a skill or two.

What if I have low ping, but have packet loss? So it means, during a match, characters and skills are just slowing down or even stop for a second after it goes normally for a few seconds again. But especially when an enemy is in my sight this issue returns in multiple occasions …
