i got 110 ping only in valorant, in other games ping is not like that

I have a lot of freezing in Riot games (Valorant and League of Legends) In other games everything is fine cs go, dota 2, gta 5 work great, problems only with Riot games and they weren’t there before, a year ago I played League of Legends, everything worked great, then I gave it up for a year and now I decided to return, but hellish freezes appeared and I decided to download Valorant (I wanted to try to play it) Tutorial loaded and there are also strong friezes, I go forward and lay everything down.
