FreeCodeCamp: Basic JavaScript: Exercises 25-35

My goal for this channel is to find all the free coding resources out there and attempt to teach myself a new skill. A lot of people say you don't need prior experience to become a coder so let's see if that's true! In this series follow along with me as I walk through Free Code Camp. Learn to code with me!

In this episode we started the JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures Course through FreeCodeCamp. We completed exercises 25-35 and went over the following:
Escaping literal quotes in strings
quoting strings with single quotes
escape sequences in strings
concatenating strings with plus operator
concatenating strings with the plus equals operator
constructing strings with variables
use bracket notation to find the first character in a string
find the length of a string
appending variables to strings
