Cons, the number of empty storefronts north of the Sqaure just seem to keep multiplying. An example is the Medwick plaza where Super k-mart used to be. The whole plaza has been empty and rotting away.

Another pro would be a great school system. A con would be that Medina has grown so fast over the years that a bypass was never created to direct traffic around the city to efficiently get from the south or west side to I-71. Being a Medina native, I have seen tremendous growth and recall Medina being much smaller, a time when there was no Gazebo and we fed the fish in the fountain in the square and Lake Medina was our water supply vs a park like setting.

Another con is cost of getting a place appartment th s are quite pricey and it can be hard looking for a place that is pet friendly but a pro to that is that we have the foundry socail and it is personally one of my favorite spots amazing drinks and fun activities as well and family friendly christmas time is medins most glorious time of the year

One of your cons was the square traffic, which can be a pain, but you also said if you don’t want to deal with it then don’t live south of the square. It is very easy to take back streets and side streets to go around the square to avoid the traffic. Please, don’t scare people away from living south of the square.
