Good day to you Atty. I’m seeking for a legal advice on my situation. I was working with unlimited contract which I started last June 22, 2021. My employer terminated my employment last December 1, 2021 without any notice. Is there any tendency I will got banned or i can look for another employer in my situation. Im hoping for your advice. Hi Mr. Khubaib,

I was terminated by my employer before completing my 6 months probation period unlimited contract due to their evaluation that my performance did not meet the company expectations. Its been almost 2 months now from the date of termination and I cannot find a new job.

Am I entitled for air ticker from my employer since I really cannot find a new employer for me. Please clarify. Thanks and god bless.

Well I'm a new guy in Qatar and after signing my contract paper I later realized that the salary attached when I made the calculations is not favourable to me and I'm planning to change from the company I'm at to another, is that possible and what should I do after or in the probation period of six months?

Sir I need some advice.It stated in my offer letter that I can resign during my probation if I want to join a new company as long as I give a 30 day notice period. I'm planning to resign during probation without a new job yet. I'm planning to get a visit visa and look for a job after I resign. Is this possible?? Will I need to pay my current employer for all visa expenses?? Will I be ban?? FYI, I have signed a MOHRE contract at the moment but I'm done with my medical. Waiting for your response.

What if the company fires me after the probation period of 180 days (185 days) handing over the official termination notice. Am I entitled for 1 month paid notice + arbitrary 1to3 months compensation?
as no warning or notification about my performance has been communicated verbally or in writing ....

I am working in a oil company in UAE. My work schedule/rotation is 60 days work in UAE and then 30 days off in home country, and then so on repeats. Basic salary is paid for both 60 ON days and 30 OFF days.
I am on probabtion of 6 month. When i go to home country i will be entitled for 30 days paid vacation as per my rotation schedule. If i resign, can these 30 days off period in home country be counted as my notice period ?

I wanted to ask if the company delaying my resignation even i ready to reimburse the hiring cost and they keep give me some reason to wait. At the moment i am facing such a situation and really frustated because they keep delaying. It already 2 weeks after my last day, is it legal as per law? can i report it to legal officer?

Please I am under probation each month I received different salaries, can you explain that to me, secondly we work eleven hour's a day and an hour break, thirdly we have no day off(works for the whole week unless we're changing shift, once a month. Please help me with this issue.

Good evening
If a company has a probation period of three months and the employee resigns after 3 months and before 6 months, then who will bear the visa and money, then there will be no visa charges.

Hello sir,
I'm on limited contract and already 6months I finish my probation and I wanted to resign on my company..in my contract mentioned I if the employee wants to terminate the contract I need to pay the employer amount of (3months) the hr told me I need to work 45days even I finish the 30days noticed period because I need to pay my visa and after 45days I need to give money to them..?!

It's right that I need to pay them after 45days of work..?! Or just I finish the 30days noticed period..

Question .If we apply for job on UAE we get the employment visa right .So it valid till the job contract expires.Will the visa become free or do we have to apply for another type of visa
