I am developing an ionic app based off ionic 1. Is it too outdated? So many people nowadays are for react native. I was gonna learn it but still unsure if i should stick with ionic series or switch. You sound biased more towards ionic.

I am new to mobile apps so I took a wrong advice and choose React Native and now I am having some hard time finding the answers to problems faced by newbie.
I mean there is a command called *react-native run-android* that builds your project for android but when I run this changes are not reflected. I found out that it was because of some caching so I searched the Internet and found out in the official documents that *react-native run-android --reset-cache* is the solution to your problem.
When I executed that command I got an error *error: unknown option `--reset-cache'*
Note:
The problem is still not solve.
