I don't think Apple has ever made a more similar phone before. They even have almost identical screen edges and the only difference in design is that the 16 is a couple of millimeters larger. Otherwise, when the phones are a little far apart, it's really hard to find the difference. If there was no camera button, it would be completely invisible, except when they are placed next to each other like this.

Honestly, the iPhone 16 Pro Max isn’t worth upgrading at all. It’s only worth upgrading if you have a 14 Pro Max or older.
