I love how simple it is to create something as graphically gorgeous in this editor. By far one of the best editors I've seen able to do that. Thank you for the tutorials on this.

I figured out two neat little tricks to add some visual pizzazz to your dungeon.

1. Place larger models on the edge of the map, with the extra size extending outside the boundaries of the map. Like if you placed the large rock at 20:20 two more spaces to the east. Just like how the ocean and shipwreck models extend outside the 32x32 grid, larger rocks and even the arches can make your beach level look and feel bigger than it is.

2. By disabling some of the checkboxes in the ocean water asset, you can make it into just sand, with no water. With this, you can make an open desert expanse that goes beyond the borders of the level. Combine this with the large beach rocks model to fill out the empty space some (the one that works like the shipwreck model, I don't remember the exact name), or leave it a flat barren wasteland.

Thanks for the video! It saved me a lot of time figuring out how to get the outdoors right and even explained terrain levels and outdoor water. Now I'm making rocky paths to treasure on a swampy beach. My party starts in a basic dungeon with the option to explore outside from the beginning.

I got the first LoG game a while ago, and when they added the dungeon editor I was blown away on how easy and intuitive it was! Although for the second editor version I had a little trouble on how to make the above ground environments visible, thanks to you I can now create a small map for me to enjoy, thanks for your help!

Really appreciate you taking the time to do this. These are really well done! I'd love to see some more advanced tutorials with timers, buttons, triggers, and multiple button combinations as seen in the game. Thanks again!

Seeing that I was one of the playtesters for the game, I had already finished the game a couple of times before it got released :)

Hello, I saw all 7 parts of the tutorial, really well done and useful! Please consider creating a section where you show how to build an house near a river. I need it :D Thanks, Martin.

I liked the videos! Dumb question but I can't find the answer: how are you refreshing the Preview without stopping and restarting?  I can hear you push a key but I cannot figure out which one it is.

tiny questio about the heigtmapping : does physics apply there too ?? I mean, if a ratling from heightmap 0 shoots at me when I'm at heightmap +/-3 I shouldn't be hit, right ? Does it apply or not ??
