what's the difference if you slap a lut on it (you have them open on your left side)? Isn't that faster?

Why when I record, on the camera screen with lut s709 activated, it looks very different when you put the rec709 on the screen of my Mac, on the camera screen I know well, but on the Mac screen when you put the color space it looks terrible.
