The Motorola Moto Edge 50 Ultra is the first Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 smartphone, which uses Qualcomm's more budget friendly chipset to bump down the price. This has a less capable GPU (735) vs the regular 8 Gen 3, on top of a few other changes including reduced cache. The problem with Motorola is that despite having great hardware and good designs, their phones lack proper software optimization, and nothing gets fixed with updates. And speaking about updates, they'd just launch a phone and forget that it exists. Good brand getting hate because of the company's antics.
