Radhe Radhe ma'am . I am an on-and-off follower of your videos . Today 3rd October 2023 I am starting my weight loss journey. My weight is 72 kg, height is -5 ft 2 inches. I will do 5 min warm up, 10 min stairs, 30 +30 min of 2 dwd sessions .
Update on 10th October.The target is 71.5 kg.

Day 1 : i did this workout and i literally lost 1 inch of my breast

Day 1 .... starting mai lga kuch nahi hora pr now jb maine pta 30 min. Ka Kiya toh itni zyda sweating hogyi.... I'll share my results on weight loss on 30 september.
