I make my own pickling spice from mustard seed, coriander seed, dill, bay leafs, black pepper, red pepper, caraway seed, celery seed, and fennel seed.

The recipe for the pickled beets looked really good :)

I would love to try this, but I had a really bad experience once with making sauerkraut. Idk what happened, but it smelled BAD. So I was going to throw it out when I accidentally dropped it all over the floor and the carpet. The house smelled rotten for DAYS.

Hi I did my pickle of beet today but I noticed that my vinager was expired. I look for some news and someone of them said that its ok to use because its a product that maintained but themselves its ok or not? Please let me know

young and cute makes for a good start for a video. But you do come across very well spoken . Listening to this I think you are vegan (?) . Thats fine I still like the video. I do have a question and that is why don't you use a salt brine. and how long do you prefer the canned veggies to sit in the fridge. With salt brines you leave in a warm place for a period of time.
I'll definately watch more of your videos. Thanks
