The evolution of everyday technology is spectacular, from phones, video game consoles, computers, to refrigerators, washing machines or microwave ovens.

Using this video with 5th graders...I watched this many times prior to showing students and just wanted to point out that with the iron, you stated that the first electric iron was introduced in 1982, but the CC text shows 1882. I researched and the text, 1882, is correct (Henry Seeley patented in 1882). This is fantastic and works great with my lesson on "Why do we use technology?"! Thank you for discussing the advancement of tech.
