I believe the shot showing the lifeboats and the side of the ship (which wasn't mirrored in ANTR) is of Norddeutscher Lloyd's SS Bremen of 1929. Perhaps someone who knows more about this than I can confirm or deny that, but in my opinion it looks to be the SS Bremen.

The shot at 0:40, which only appears in the 1943 film, may be of either the ill-fated Wilhelm Gustloff or the Robert Ley. Once again, I am no expert and there is a good chance I could be wrong.
