I hate to be that that knife won't hold an edge, it was hardened in the forge, but then that hardening was ruined by the grinding afterwards

That was an awesome piece of cardboard

nothing like smashing on carbon steel when its ice cold with a hammer to make sure its got cracks, then burn the hell out of the metal on all the grinders to finish the job it will be low quality. Don't forget to improperly temper the metal either. Guess we know where those $8 survival knives on amazon come from
