My two best tactics for dealing with narcissist, energy vampires, and just toxic jealous lowlives in general is one to just do the cutoff AS SOON! as I realize jealousy and hate towards me. I done dealt with so many haters in the past im an expert at spotting one out in the first 5 minutes of interacting with them. Sometimes u can see the hate in they eyes they so dam jealous. Other times narcissist will ALWAYS TELL ON THEMSELVES if u know what to look for. Thats why you gotta educate yourself about them. Education and knowledge are the tools u need. In my case I have those plus a lot of experience. I done racked up a lot of haters in my life so I know what im dealing with. The second tactic I use if its someone I just cant totally cutoff like the medical doctor I have right now thats a narcissist is the grey rock. Limit as much as possible your interactions with them, Stay emotionless, speak as little as possible, Be vague when they are being nosey and trying to ask personal questions about your life they have no business asking, Ignore their compliment fishing, dont let anything they say get u emotional, respond dont react, wear sunglasses etc. Remember the off the wall stuff they are saying is all an attempt to get you to react and get over emotional so they can drain your energy. Dont let em steal your joy. Whether its a narc, energy vampire or emotional vampire its all the same to me someone whois toxic, is jealous and pathologically envious and who is trying to zap your energy. You dont need any one of em around u.

I had to learn the hard way that the type of behavior was not vibrating with my true energy. Alotta self forgiving and self acceptance got me to where I am now. Scary!! I was dealing with a bunch around me daily. Always wondering why I would feel drained angry sad mad down each and every time I was done talking to them or being around them. They would be nice but immediately after being around them my energy was so low!! All my positive ideas would crash. I would go home and think man what is wrong with me!? I would ask myself why most of my cousins, girlfriends even family members hate me or always against me. I dealt with a life/light sucking narcissist empath... what a trip... I learned a lot about myself and previous relationships...I learned about the insecurities someone can have which they hide from others which manifests in negativity... I learned how someone can manipulate another over a period of time which causes one to accept abusive behaviour ... I learned how they school one to agree with them to show loyalty to them as they don’t like to be wrong... I learned they try manipulate one to cross immoral boundaries... narcissist are very secretive and excellent liars ... egotists ... their mantra is “what can this light to do for me for my benefit at all costs to them” ... they don’t care about you - it’s all about them. They don’t want to elevate you. Granted there is a reasons for their mind set ... if they could only ever recognise they need help. I think at times that coming into contact with such a person and surviving the experience is a learning experience which jolts you into a higher knowledge. They recognise the light we are and we need to know we are light. Like moths to the light💫🌟✨🌙
