BBS I as a formal GTA4 player suggest you to play it on console.. Gta 4 had a very bad port on PC.. it have graphical glitches everywhere and lag even in the finest PCs.. my old PC could run Gta V better.. You will get best experience on console trust me with this one.. been watching you for 6 years homie love your vids

GTA IV one of my fav and the most underrated games lets go Niko Bellic

some basic tips (i have been playing this game for like 4 years): -
-to apply faster brake press "SPACEBAR" and "S" together
-go to the person marker on map to get money from side missions
-eat hotdogs from street vendors to increase health instantly and cheap
-you get a bulletproof vest near the scrap yard docks
-best way to avoid police is respray your car but if the police see you going inside you cannot get your car resprayed
-take taxis not to avoid drive but also to have fun pay them more and see them reckless crashing everywhere and sometimes they get arrested too
-while in a gun fight aways use shotgun
-for a perfect turn press space bar release accelerator steer in the direction you want to go then immediately anti steer it with pressing accelerator. ( steer left to turn right kinda shit)
-to avoid any hand-to-hand combat just equip any gun that will scare away the npc
-try crashing a motorcycle in full speed on an oncoming traffic while leaning forward sometimes it gives a special weapon

Tip :- you can adjust the sensitivity of car steering in the settings which can make controlling cars a bit easier👍🏽

GTA IV + DLCs is actually one of my favourite GTA ever... it has a whole another (Darkish) vibe than any other GTA & I feel that it's definitely underrated. I am glad to see that Shub is playing this game. And I am damn sure that soon he will begin to like Niko Bellic as a character!

Some tips
1. You don't have to save game every time it auto saves after completing a mission,
2. mark location on map to use GPS system on mini map.
3. you missed a special execution (cutscene) only appear on certain characters you missed the first execution which was in dandan chasing mission (i forget that guy name)
4. the pc port of GTA 4 is really terrible and optimization is bad so i recommend doing some research like fps locking and other
5. Map is big taxi make it easier to travel around the city
6. You will get used to driving just use break (S) more to stable the car.
7. When you're trying to gun somebody down in a car chase, you can focus your reticle on their car momentarily. This is useful for getting a bead on their position so you don't have to constantly try and fix your aim.
